CHLORIS LOWE
www.chloris‐lowe.com
Chloris Lowe is a multimedia artist currently based out of Philadelphia. Using easily recognizable and accessible material he positions the everyday object at the focal point of an open ended examination. Ideas relating to the creation of place and the use and ownership of physical space mingle with abstracted forms and a sense of solitary play. From small hand sized sculpture to elements of installation each piece is intended to be a point and place of exploration.

RAMON CARLOS URENIA
ramon@urenia.com
My current work is a direct reflection of my environment, specifically the abandoned urban spaces and neglected commercial lots of Philadelphia and Brooklyn. By progressively layering paint and textured surfaces, I explore and recreate time’s passage on walls and structures. Through this process of creation and deconstruction I explore civic conditions, and generate new conversations about what can or cannot be fixed, the legacy of abandonment, the difference between mortality and rebirth, and the reflection of man in his surroundings.
